Bobby McNeily, a reporter for Real America's Voice, was doing a live interview outside before a Trump rally in Ohio. That's when he met a man identified only as Brian, who openly admitted he wasn't a Trump fan. McNeily then made the mistake of asking Brian what he was hoping to hear at the rally.
Brian told him, "Oh. What I hope to hear is not what I plan to hear. But I am here; what I plan to hear is a bunch of rhetoric, a bunch of lies, a bunch of the same old script. That sort of stuff. So I'm kinda here to get kinda like a firsthand perspective of the kind of lies and garbage and stuff that he's gonna probably be peddling for the next two years. As if the first two haven't been bad enough."
McNeily then asked Brian how he voted in the last election and whether he considered himself a Democrat. McNeily nor the rest of RAV were ready for Brian's answer.
Brian politely put Trump and all of MAGA through a verbal woodchipper when he said, " I'm technically - I was independent. Because I consider myself moderate. Okay? I was independent until JD Tru- or JD Vance entered our, uh, ballot. And then I actually registered for a Republican, my strategy being if I can keep him off of the general election ballot by voting against him in a primary, then I get two chances to eliminate all, all these MAGA idiots. That's my approach."
McNeily asked if Brian was encouraged by Vance's election, and Brian simply replied that he can't stand Vance.
That's when RAV cut the live interview and went back to the studio to start doing their damage control.
If they are having this much of a problem with an Independent voter now, they are really going to have conniptions for the next two years after they realize that even a lot of Republicans are crossing over due to Trump and the way he's screwed everything and everyone.
