The 1965 installment of the (then) annual Christmas Message from The Beatles to everyone in The Beatles Fan Club.

Somehow, it just wouldn't be Christmas.

The 1965 installment this year. Last year we did 1967 and people seemed more concerned with the age of the photographs than the actual Christmas Message itself. So fear not, this year I have it on high-spirited authority from the UK Observer that the photo above was taken during the year 1965. For all you purists (and I can't say I blame you - I get crazy when people get dates mixed up too).

Here is the yearly Christmas Message from The Fab Four via The Beatles Fan Club, which issued these messages to members from 1963-1969. If you weren't a member or a diehard collector, you probably didn't hear them. In recent years they've become more available via all sorts of channels.

But still, here's a little Christmas reminder from John, Paul, George and Ringo.

Enjoy and have a happy . . .
