Over to Finland this week for a concert from the 2010 Naantali Music Festival and a performance by Virtuosi di Kuhmo of music by Finnish composer Aulis Sallinen.
Sallinen's music is making inroads over here and it's really nice to hear a concert dedicated entirely to his work.
The concert is relayed by Radio France, so the announcements are in French, not Finnish (put the dictionaries away). It's a little over 90 minutes and is split between two players.
