Jiri Belohlavek leading a top-notch mob of Czech merry makers.

Over to Prague this week for a studio concert by the celebrated Janacek Philharmonic lead by conductors Leos Svarovsky, Jiri Belohlavek and Christian Arming and featuring Pianist Gerhard Oppitz in music of Dvorak and Paul Hindemith.

Starting off with the Slavonic Dances op. 72 by Dvorak with Svarovsky conducting and then picking up Gerhard Oppitz and Jiri Belohlavek for a nice performance of the Dvorak Piano Concerto and finishing up with Christian Arming leading the orchestra in a performance of the Hindemith Variations on Themes of Carl Maria von Weber.
