Tim Carney Conflates The AstroTurf 'Tea Party' With The Netroots On The Left

The Washington Examiner's Tim Carney needs to let us know when the Netroots start getting some of that Koch money.

From this Friday's All In With Chris Hayes, the Washington Examiner's Tim Carney does his best to try to conflate the AstroTurf "tea party" and Sen. Ted Cruz on the right, with the Netroots and Sen. Elizabeth Warren on the left. Sorry Tim, but when the Netroots starts getting some of that billionaire Koch brothers money instead of small donations, you let us know.

Until then, no, the creation to get the Bush stink off of the word Republican, and real grass roots activists on the left making small donations are not equivalent and it's an insult to Elizabeth Warren to even mention her in the same sentence with that grifter Ted Cruz.

I wonder if Carney forgot what network he was on for a moment, because unlike Fox, I'm pretty sure the audience Chris Hayes attracts knows better.
