This Week with George Stephanopoulos marks the passing of one service member in Afghanistan.

US Army SPC Cody D Suggs, 22, West Alexandria, OH

According to iCasualties, the total number of allied servicemembers killed in Afghanistan is now 3,259.

In addition, the following notable names lost this lives this week:
