Sunday Morning Bobblehead Thread

Crazy - Gnarls Barkley

Oh baby, is the media crazy for Michele Bachmann. The starlet of the Iowa straw poll joins the ranks of an elite few in pulling a Full Ginsburg, appearing on all five major Sunday news shows. Frankly, I don't get it. When the rest of the world is scratching their collective heads at her rise to prominence and even her own party subtly tries to torpedo her campaign, a real media would pronounce the Iowa straw voters a largely irrelevant and out-of-touch bunch of bozos (Remember their last winner, President Huckabee?) and be as befuddled as the rest of us. But no, instead they will turn their slavering attention to Bachmann and treat her as a Very. Serious. Candidate. Sigh.

ABC's "This Week" - Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann and former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty, both 2012 GOP presidential candidates.

NBC's "Meet the Press" - Bachmann; Gov. Terry Branstad, R-Iowa.

NBC's "The Chris Matthews Show" - Panel: Nia-Malika Henderson, Howard Fineman, David Ignatius and Jamie Tarabay. Topics: Obama's Crisis of Leadership; Can Rick Perry Beat Mitt Romney? Meter Questions: Will It Be Easier For Obama To Go Negative on Rick Perry Than Barack Obama? YES: 11 NO: 1; Can President Obama Be The Champion of the Middle Class? YES: 10 No: 2

CBS' "Face the Nation" - Bachmann; Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla.

CNN's "State of the Union" - Bachmann and Herman Cain, also a 2012 GOP presidential candidate; Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa

CNN's "Fareed Zakaria GPS" - Nobel Prize winner Paul Krugman and Former IMF Chief Economist Ken Rogoff.

"Fox News Sunday" - Bachmann.

So what's catching your eye this morning?
