Japanese PM Abe has cracked the code!

Seth Meyers loved it that Japanese prime minister Shinzō Abe gave Trump a hat that said “Make Alliance Even Greater,” saying Abe figured out the only way to communicate effectively with Donald Trump "is via hat.”

He liked it so much, he made his own hat to communicate with Trump.

He then showed clips of Trump denying he had anything to do with Russia collusion, "believe me."
