First The College Professors, Then The Judges!

TALLAHASSEE — Republicans on the House Choice and Innovation Committee voted along party lines Tuesday to pass a bill that aims to stamp out “leftist totalitarianism” by “dictator professors” in the classrooms of Florida’s universities.... According to a legislative staff analysis of the bill, the law would give students who think their beliefs are not being respected legal standing to sue professors and on

"Give me an "A" or I'll sue, will be the new student mantra. I seem to recall a student who said he received a failing grade on a term paper about the U.S. Constitution because it was "pro-American" Yes, and I think it was James Joyner from Inside the Beltway, that flunked the paper as well. Oh... and Poliblog gave it a "D" saying: "I can see how this essay resulted in a failing grade." That's alright though...those nasty liberal professors better not mention that damned volcano."
