The U.S. Federal Court of Appeals 11th Circuit upheld a Winter Park, Florida ordinance that prohibits “targeted” picketing by protesters at a private residence.  The Christian women who filed the complaint claimed that their First Amendment rights to free speech and religious expression were violated by the ordinance.

To make matters worse, these anti-choice zealots targeted the home of Jenna Tosh, CEO of Planned Parenthood of Greater Orlando.  Their celebration of free speech and their loving version of Christianity included waving signs with pictures of aborted fetuses, including...
