Cliven Bundy, Michele Fiore Head To Oregon To Protest Malheur Arrests
February 9, 2016

It looks as though the second wave of malcontents is heading to Burns, Oregon to make some more trouble for the residents of Harney County. Even as four militants remain under siege at the refuge, Michele Fiore and Cliven Bundy are saddling up and heading out.

Fiore doesn't seem to understand how federal law works in this case. According to OPB's John Sepulvado and Amanda Peacher, she's heading to Oregon to demand the return of a Nevada resident to Nevada.

“There is a Nevadan [Ryan Bundy] sitting in jail, and as an office holder, I will be there to demand his release,” Fiore said. “If that Nevadan can’t leave Oregon, we will bring Nevada to him. Peaceful, of course.”

Nay, Michele. That's not how this works. He's been ordered to jail under federal charges, and it's jail where he will stay, along with his pot-stirring brother, Ammon.

According to the OPB article, they're planning some kind of "peaceful" action for Thursday.
