Mike's Blog Round Up
September 4, 2016

Alright, that's it for me this week. Keep fighting the good fight, my dear Americans. When fascism is on the doorstep, you can't let your guard down. In a democracy, that means getting out the vote and then voting, and in the U.S. standing firm for the liberal democratic values that are the country's bedrock as well as its ultimate promise. The alternative… well, you know what that is. Trump has made it clear, on immigration as on so much else.

Can It Happen Here?: Voting is a habit and must be encouraged.

Occasional Planet: Hillary speaks up for mental-health-care equality.

Just an Earth-Bound Misfit, I: Trump benefits from a rigged system.

And from the world of sports:

Squatlo-Rant: College football returns!

For me, meh, whatever. I'm way, way more excited about the NFL, and the regular season starts this coming week. Here we go, Steelers, here we go!
