I did my best to not listen to Car Seat Headrest for a good while. The crappy band name and a lot of the hype going around from publications that have let me down so many times in the past about such things made me suspicious.

My oldest son said "Dad, you probably would like them" and pretty much made me listen to their 2016 album Teens of Denial. I starting winning me over.

I am still weighing up my favorite albums of the year. I am not too sure where this one will place but it's songs like this one that help make it a Top 20 contender.
