Former President Donald Trump on Friday took to his failing Trump Social platform to demand the release of all of the January 6 rioters. And that wasn't his only demand. The twice-impeached one-term loser also called for the release of True The Vote's Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips after they failed to comply with the court.
The former President, who is under investigation for espionage, took to Truth Social for a victory lap after Tom Barrack, chairman of his 2017 inauguration, was acquitted on all charges, including improperly acting as a foreign agent, conspiracy, obstruction, and lying to the FBI.
"My great respect goes out to the jurors for their courage and understanding in coming to an absolutely correct decision," Trump wrote. "This could be the beginning of our breakaway from Communism, and other very deep and dark places where the United States should never be. Cuba, Venezuela, and even the old Soviet Union were looking more and more like that could be us in the not-too-distant future."

"The upcoming Election is very big, but these acquittals of two innocent men greatly set the Radical Left back—but now they should immediately release Great Patriots, Catherine Englebrecht and Gregg Phillips, from prison in Houston where they are being held for, essentially, finding millions of illegal, Election-changing ballots," Trump wrote. "True the Vote should be praised for the incredible job they did, not ridiculed by the Radical Left, with their leaders thrown into jail."
"Also, start treating the January 6th Protestors fairly," Trump said. "Let them all go now!"
Lumpy is out of power now, so he can't demand anything. So, he was never really into a law and order platform. Imagine my surprise. It seems really odd that the 'lock her up' guy is demanding the release of hundreds of people from jail.
