Shortly before embarking on his latest travel with his human binky, Natalie Harp, Donald Trump stopped to talk to reporters. Somehow, Binky Natalie failed to let her beloved know he had some kind of wig malfunction and his bald pate was gruesomely exposed.
Trump’s comments were also a disordered mess. First, he falsely suggested that the escalations in his Iran war were made by the U.S. only. “Well, the attacks are the attacks are made by us. We've knocked out nine of their ships. I would say that the attacks are caused by us,” he boasted. “Yeah, and you're going to see you're going to see a lot more.”
Then Trump declared, “I think the war will end immediately after the election because they can't hold out any longer.”
Wait a minute, Pawpaw! Maybe you’re too old to remember but I distinctly do recall that less than a week ago, you said, “I call it a military conflict,” not a war, “because it’s small potatoes for us.”
I also distinctly recall that Trump predicted the “small potatoes” war/conflict would last four to five weeks. We’re now in the seventh month of his stupid, unnecessary and costly war – or whatever President Draft Dodger has decided to call it today.
Another thing the senile Trump can’t seem to keep straight in his mind is that he has repeatedly claimed to have already won the war that he sometimes thinks isn’t a war.
Now, he has come up with a new excuse for his never-ending war: Democrats. Those defeated Iranians are keeping the war going because “They're desperate to try and affect the election so that we can get a nice, weak group of people in there, and leave them alone and let them have their nuclear weapon.”
That's yet another Trump memory lapse. It was he who unilaterally pulled out of the nuclear agreement with Iran – which they were abiding by – and he who ignored the findings of his own director of national intelligence that Iran was not building a nuclear weapon.
“I don’t care what she said,” Trump said in response to then-DNI Tulsi Gabbard’s assessment.
Because the guy who started this needless war, despite promising not to start one, who is obviously clueless as to how or when to end it, who can't figure out whether we’ve already won or not or even what to call it, insists he knows better.
Got it. The one, unmistakeable fact is that Trump is spectacularly unfit for office. Period.
