There are a lot of things that could be said about Kentucky Republican House Rep. Thomas Massie -- some of them good, many of them not great. But Congress has no greater champion for the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein's horrifying crimes than Thomas Massie.

Massie has spent the last several years serving as a fervent advocate for not only the full release of the infamous files connected to the now-deceased, notorious sex trafficker, but genuine justice for every woman who suffered unspeakable harm and life-altering trauma at his hands. And now that the lawmaker's time in Congress is coming to an end, he's made it abundantly clear that he has no qualms with going full scorched-earth on his way out the door -- and that includes dropping names.

In a post on X last night, Massie wrote, "On the House floor tonight, I read the names of several Epstein coconspirators who should be investigated and prosecuted."

"I also began collecting 218 signatures for the discharge petition to force a vote on Epstein Files Transparency Act II," Massie added in his post, captioning a video clip of his fiery House floor speech.

In his address to Congress, Massie set his sights squarely on the Trump-led DOJ, which has made anything but transparency their mission, reminding members of Congress that it has "been a year since the president signed the Epstein Files Transparency Act."

Massie was referencing the original legislation he spearheaded alongside California Democratic Rep. Ro Khanna last year that forced the release of some of the infamous Epstein Files.

"And the government continues to withhold over three million files," Massie fired from the House floor with the DOJ in his line of sight. "That’s why we’ve introduced the Epstein Files Transparency Act II, to bring the fight to the state courts, accountability to the Department of Justice and closure for survivors. We want perpetrators of these crimes to be investigated and prosecuted."

But the Kentucky Republican didn't stop there.

He proceeded to drop the names of over a dozen publicly alleged Epstein coconspirators: Jes Staley, Leon Black, Les Wexner, David Copperfield, Lapo Elkann, Tom Pritzker, Glenn Dubin, Frédéric Fekkai, Eduardo Teodorani-Fabbri, Jean-Luc Brunel, Daniel Siad, Ramsey Elkholy, Prince Andrew, and Lesley Groff.

Both the former Prince Andrew and billionaire retail mogul Wexner have publicly denied the allegations against them.

In an earlier post on X yesterday, Massie explained that his second version of the Epstein Files Transparency Act "gives state [attorneys general] access to Epstein files required to prosecute perpetrators under state law, and makes it easier for survivors to sue to get their files."

Because transparency alone isn't enough, these women deserve JUSTICE.
