Rand Paul Thinks Vaccinations Should Be Voluntary

Rand Paul appeared earlier on the Laura Ingraham show and made this claim that vaccinations should be voluntary because of freedom and such. The incredulous CNBC host wasn't sure she'd heard that right, so asked him to clarify his remarks. Rand Paul: "The state doesn't own your children. Parents own their children."
