Randy Newman - a heaping slice of Americana.

Tonight it's a live concert from 1974 featuring singer-songwriter Randy Newman. Since Thanksgiving is one of those great American holidays, it only seems fitting to add one of the great American talents to the mix. Recorded during his 70's high point (although Newman has had a continuous string of hits and classic songs starting in the late 1960's and going well into this decade), it's a nice reminder of what a remarkable artist he is.

So while you're sitting around the table negotiating the last slice of apple, pecan or pumpkin pie, the last cigar, or the after-dinner drinks, here's some classic Randy Newman to help it all along.

Enjoy and relax.
