I watched this the other night and was really appalled by Gingrich’s flame throwing during his speech at CPAC, especially this portion of it. Our friend Driftglass caught this over at Media Matters (whose title I borrowed) and reminded us of how this is nothing new for the Newtser and he’s been teaching the Republican Party how to use this sort of inflammatory rhetoric for some time now, even though he pretends here this is the first time he’s finally been moved to warn Americans about the dangers of the “radical” agenda of the Democrats now that the scary black man has been elected and Reid and Pelosi want to destroy the country and enact their evil socialist, Marxist agenda.

Check out the entire post here and warning, not safe for work due to Driftie cursing the way I would like to here as well at times but restrain from doing so since we do try to keep Crooks and Liars safe for work for the most part. I’ll share one key point he made here. Here's the list of Gingrich’s recommended words to use about the Democrats from back in 1996. All that's old is always new again with these hypocrites.
