Ben Wittes said Bill Barr's letter, while technically accurate, mischaracterized the findings of the Mueller report.
Barr will be testifying on Capitol Hill to the appropriations committees.
"Maybe it accurately reflects what's in the Mueller report. Maybe it's something that is a gloss that's intended to make it took more pro Trump than it is," presidential historian Michael Beschloss said.

On Fox News' Outnumbered, conservative talker Larry Elder made a fool of himself over House Dems wanting to actually investigate Trump, making believe Mueller's Special Counsel hadn't indicted anyone so far and then demanding Hillary be locked up.
