NBC/Wall Street Journal poll against Bush on warrantless wiretapping

Should be able to wiretap without court order ......................... 41
Should be required to get a court order before wiretapping .... 53

Alberto fibbed about it and Feingold is steaming:

"Sen. Russell Feingold (D-Wis.) charged yesterday that Attorney General Alberto R. Gonzales misled the Senate during his confirmation hearing a year ago when he appeared to try to avoid answering a question about whether the president could authorize warrantless wiretapping of U.S. citizens...read on"
