An emailer writes in about about CNN's airing of Bush and their explanation before he was ready to go:
"CNN was "not the only network ready to go" when the president started last night. Trust me, EVERYONE was looking at the feed. I'm sure all the control room personnel were wondering what was going on, but knew that these things ALWAYS start on time. By stating that CNN was the only one prepared they are trying to make themselves look good when they should know better! If you look at the tape ... they were not prepared to go either .. they cut off Greenfield off and they took it late. It was bad that NBC messed up and opened the window and cued him, and if they hadn't restarted then ALL the networks would have been late, but the idea that they were ready while the rest were all sleeping is stooopid..."
