A federal judge has ordered Jon Corzine and other former MF Global officials to face a class-action lawsuit filed by customers of the failed futures firm.

But before denying the ex-New Jersey governor’s attempt to escape the lawsuit, Judge Victor Marrero took him, his fellow defendants and the parties suing them as well to task.
