That face would be Kevin Parker, also known as the bandleader of Tame Impala, for which he writes and records most of the music. Although he plays pretty much every instrument in that project, in Mink Mussel Creek he sticks to the drums. The style is pretty similar in that it's psychedelic rock, but Mink Mussel Creek definitely has more raw, stripped-down style than Tame Impala. I recommend this album if you're a fan of either band, or even if you're just looking for something new and interesting to listen to.

For now, the album is available on iTunes, but not listed on Amazon.
