Ryan Lizza wrote a great article on whether the GOP elites will fight back or get on board the Trump train. There was also on piece of very embarrassing information about the original bully, Chris Christie.
Governor Chris Christie, of New Jersey, another of Trump’s opponents early in the campaign, has transformed himself into a sort of manservant, who is constantly with Trump at events. (One Republican told me that a friend of his on the Trump campaign used Snapchat to send him a video of Christie fetching Trump’s McDonald’s order*.)
How embarrassing, but Christie hasn't minded looking like Trump's errand boy after he endorsed Donald. There was a story in the New Yorker the other day, after he endorsed Donald.
Former Senator Scott Brown was on the Howie Carr show, and he was asked," There was a story in the New Yorker the other day, that Trump has been using Chris Christie to fetch his McDonalds'. You're not doing any of that kind of stuff, are you?"
Scott immediately replied, “C’mon Howie, really?” Seriously!? Yeah, that will never happen. Ever. Ever. Yeah, ever.”
Oh, how the mighty have fallen.
Digby wonders, "What has Trump promised this guy? Or maybe more to the point, what has he got on him?"
