For all the weeping and gnashing of teeth about Hillary Clinton's transparency and press conference availability, she has had a traveling cadre of reporters with her on her plane since Labor Day.
The same cannot be said for Donald Trump, who requires press to travel on a separate charter jet paid for by the media outlets they work for. Generally, though, they've been content to ignore the slight from him and soldier on.
Until tonight, when he left them sitting in a bus in New Hampshire with a YouTube feed of his speech. Then, not so much.
Apparently they were let into the room for the last few minutes:
Will this make a difference in the friendly press coverage he gets? I doubt it. But it does give you a window into the kind of totalitarianism he would impose on reporters, if elected. He is a petty tyrant who smacks back when he feels he's been unfairly treated. Today reporters traveling with him corrected his claims about the pastor in Flint and the crowd reaction to his speech.
So they sat on a bus.
