Marconi Union--Weightless

This, my dear friends and beloved co-workers, is the most relaxing song in the world.

No, really.

It was created by a Manchester UK trio in conjunction with sound therapists and neuroscientists. It can reduce your anxiety levels by 65 percent. Just as a safety warning, please don't listen to the video while operating machinery or driving a car.

I do this because if you're anything like me, even with the knowledge that the election is pretty much a done deal, my blood pressure is reaching dangerous levels with the dumbfounding amount of stupidity and hate and refusal to deal in reality that is our modern media. I find myself having a viscerally angry response when I hear Trump's voice. The level of toxicity that this election has introduced into the national dialog is just not healthy. So take a short period to find a comfortable place, take some deep, cleansing breaths and listen to Weightless to reduce your cortisol levels and blood pressure. Because you're going to need it with this line up:

ABC's "This Week" - Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine; Kellyanne Conway, campaign manager for Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump; Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Va.; Rep. Adam Schiff, D. Calif. Panel: E.J. Dionne, Jonathan Karl, Ana Navarro, Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, and American Conservative Union chair Matt Schlapp.

NBC's "Meet the Press" - Republican vice presidential nominee Mike Pence; Robby Mook, campaign manager for Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton; independent presidential candidate Evan McMullin. Panel: Andrea Mitchell, Mike Murphy, NPR's Audie Cornish, and Larry Kudlow.

CBS' "Face the Nation" - Pence; Vice President Joe Biden. CBS News Elections Director Anthony Salvanto. Panel: Susan Page, Ben Domenech, Patrick Healy, and Amy Walter.

CNN's "State of the Union" - Conway; Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta. David Axelrod and Mark McKinnon. Panel: Rep. Xavier Becerra, Alice Stewart, Rep. Renee Ellmers, and Bakari Sellers.

CNN's "Reliable Sources" - Peter Daou, Tomi Lahren, Jennifer Rubin, Matt Lewis, Hilary Rosen, Daniel Dale, David Brock, Rich Noyes.

CNN's "Fareed Zakaria GPS" - Special live show from London. Former diplomats discuss US election.

"Fox News Sunday" - Pence; Mook; Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif. Panel: George Will, Gerald F Seib, Lisa Boothe, Charles Lane.

So, what's catching your eye this morning?
