It's a 32-page indictment and we still don't understand all the charges, but one thing's clear: Mueller is saying that Manafort and Gates -- "and others" -- were conspiring to commit crimes while they were working on the Trump campaign.
The indictment details tax evasion, extensive lobbying work which Gates denied in writing, and their failure to register as agents of a foreign country.
With the Cyrus Bank connections, I have to wonder if Secretary Wilbur Ross is involved.
