No, you're not losing your mind.

There is nothing wrong with your computer monitor. Do not attempt to adjust the picture. Steve King is controlling the transmission. He will control all that you see and hear. You are about to experience the awe and mystery which reaches from the inner mind to the Outer Limits.

An actual United States Congressman uttered those words to defend the inhumane treatment perpetrated by the Trump administration on migrant children while being locked up in cages with no adult supervision.

Rep. Steve King, a true white nationalist told some people during a town hall in Eagle Grove, Iowa and in an effort to trash Alexandria Ocasio-Cortes after her and her Squad exposed the horrid conditions.

King said, "I actually went into that cell where it was reported that [migrants] were advised they had to drink out of the toilet. I took a drink out of there. And actually pretty good!"

Cats seem to like to drink out of the toilet bowl so I guess these migrant children are treated no better than our pets.

He continued, "I have a videotape and I smack my lips but I didn't send it out because I thought this subject just needs to go into the rear-view mirror."

Thank God he didn't show the tape.

Rep. King went on to describe the nature and composition of those toilets as well.

King continued, "They're built so that they are semi-indestructible by the inmates that are there and in the back where the lid would be on our toilet, that's also sealed and you push a button and the water comes out."

Who knew King was into scatology?

Ed. note (Karoli): It's likely King was referring to a drinking fountain that is part of the toilet. But if he wants to brag about drinking out of toilets, who are we to complain?

Can you help us out?
