During today's House Homeland Security Committee hearing, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene said the border patrol found a bomb at the southern border planted by drug cartels on Jan 17th, but shortly afterwards, Fox News confirmed her claims were a hoax.

Marge even intimated that she exposed classified information to do so.

Marge even tweeted a picture of the alleged bomb claiming it was left by the Mexican cartels and said, "Our US military needs to take action against the Mexican Cartels. End this Cartel led war against America!"

Turns out she's a liar.

National correspondent for Fox News based in L.A, Bill Melugin investigated her claims and tweeted this out in response.

In other words, to make herself appear tough on the border, cartels and fentanyl, Rep. Greene perpetrated a fraud.

Marge now admits she thought she was releasing classified information about the bomb just to try and make news of her waging war against the cartels.
