MAGA World is upset that Gov. Ron DeSantis labeled Trump supporters as "listless vessels." It's a pretty good description, though. During an interview with the Florida Standard, DeSantis disagreed with being called a RINO by Trump fans.
Meatball Ron called that "totally fabricated," then listed his conservative bona fides, including banning trans surgery for minors, eliminating critical race theory, funding transportation for migrants to go to Martha's Vineyard, draining the swamp in Florida, and the heartbeat bill.
"Ultimately, a movement can't be about the personality of one individual," he said, without irony. "The movement has got to be about what are you trying to achieve on behalf of the American people."
"And that's got to be based in principle because if you're not rooted in principle if all we are is listless vessels that are just supposed to follow whatever happens to come down the pike on Truth Social every morning, that's not going to be a durable movement," DeSantis added.
Several former President's allies criticized DeSantis and compared his comments to Hillary Clinton calling Trump supporters a "basket of deplorables."
"DeSantis goes full-blown Hillary and calls MAGA supporters' Listless Vessels,'" Trump campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung wrote on X.
Trump wants an immediate apology.

They're all OK with the names Trump calls us, though. Hillary was right. They are deplorables. As much as I hate to say it, Puddin' Fingers is right, too. And there is no room in the GOP tent for anyone except for Trump. MAGA made sure of that. They should have known he would destroy their party.
