No one can say they didn't see this one coming. After failing to qualify for the last joke of a "debate" and his campaign being in obvious free-fall for some time now, grifter turned GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy has suspended his campaign after a poor showing in the Iowa caucuses.

Businessman Vivek Ramaswamy dropped out of the 2024 presidential race Monday night after a disappointing showing in the Iowa caucuses and endorsed former President Donald Trump.

Ramaswamy finished fourth in Iowa, NBC News projects, coming in well behind Trump, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley. Ramaswamy had 8% of the GOP caucus vote with more than 90% of precincts reporting late Monday night.

Ramaswamy said he called Trump to congratulate him on his victory and would attend a rally with him in New Hampshire on Tuesday.

"There needs to be an America First candidate in this race,” Ramaswamy said. "Going forward, he will have my full endorsement for the presidency."

Of course he did, because apparently no amount of abuse from Trump is ever enough to get anyone in the Republican party to quit sucking up to him.

What's frightening is if Trump gets back in, we might see this nut job in a cabinet post or running some department of government he's not qualified to run, unless your job description includes destroying the thing you're running.
