FOX Business Network host Maria Bartiromo claimed President Biden "knows" he can't win the election, so he's authorized by executive order undocumented workers, migrants, and felons to be able to vote in November.

The MAGA Queen spoke to Republican National Chairman Michael Whatley, who was brought on to the RNC by Trump because he's an expert on voter suppression.

"It certainly appears that Joe Biden can't win on his policies," Bartiromo said. She then cited the latest Wall Street Journal poll that has traitor Trump ahead.

We are seven months away from the election, so these polls are not indicative of any final verdict, but Bartiromo's entire job here is setting up the idea that the election will be stolen from Trump again if he loses.

"Republicans are talking about the potential of an election that is tampered with," she spewed. "Republicans are warning that there is a Biden executive order which allows illegals immigrants and felons to vote."

"Stephen W. Yale-Loehr, a professor of immigration law practice at Cornell Law School, told VERIFY. “Nothing in the executive order allows noncitizens to vote … The executive order clearly states that the executive order only protects the right to vote ‘for all Americans who are legally entitled to participate in elections.’ Noncitizens, even green card holders, are not allowed to vote in national elections,” Yale-Loehr said. Further, Yale-Loehr said no president can issue an executive order allowing noncitizens to vote. That is because Congress banned noncitizens from voting in federal elections through the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996. “Only Congress can change the law to allow noncitizens to vote in federal elections, and even that would probably require a constitutional amendment, as it did to allow women to vote,” Yale-Loehr said."
