(WMOT) -- A former Tennessee congressional candidate has been arrested for plotting to attack a Muslim community in Delaware County, New York. The Chattanooga Times-Free Press reports Signal Mountain, Tennessee, resident Robert Doggart has entered a plea agreement with prosecutors that could result in five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
