Glenn Greenwald's' book is up to # 2 in Amazon. This is really huge in the publishing industry. Glenn hasn't been all over TV and radio doing promotion like John Meacham and Hugh Hewitt (#4,761) has in the past few weeks. It's just been us. (C&L, Atrios, FDL, Daily Kos and all the other progressive blogs that have linked it.)
