OH MY™! George Takei really let the bigots in the Arizona state legislature have it! Takei says that, while he has strong ties to the state of Arizona as long as businesses and people are able to legally discriminate by shielding their bigotry with religion he will not be stopping by. He will be encouraging everyone he knows not to visit Arizona.
Mr. Sulu reminded Arizona of its “$500 million” mistake in 1989, when the state refused to recognize Martin Luther King Day–a move that not only encouraged a number of boycotts, including prompting the NFL to move the Superbowl to Pasadena.
