In the Battle for Same-Sex Marriage in America, it seems to me that the Right is in it's last-grasps phase. They haven't quite realized that repeal of Don't Ask Don't Tell legalized Gay marriage nationally. If this is all they have left, it's done. They're just wasting time, money, and effort. One last run against the rocks, I guess.

Roy Edroso (@edroso at twitter) leads us off with "A Week Of Shorter Rod Drehers."

John Wright, at Toweleroad catches "U.S. Senator and GOP presidential candidate Ted Cruz claim(ing) gay-rights advocates are waging a "jihad" against religious freedom."

Ntodd Pritsky @ntoddpax, of Dohiyi Mir, examines an Amicus Brief filed with SCOTUS in a South Carolina Gay Marriage case. I think Ntodd's correct on this.

And speaking of ridiculous Amicus Briefs, Joe My God (@JoeMyGod) has another one, from Utah, this time: "Mormon Church To SCOTUS: Say No To Same-Sex Marriage Because It Will Deprive Us Of "Citizenship Rights."" Gotta see to believe it.
