On Fox News' Happening Now, I heard a comparison that made me gasp, even knowing the Teevee was on Fox 'News.' Jamie Weinstein, who was the other conservative guest on the Fair and Balanced network, was discussing the fairness of using President Bill Clinton's affair while he was in the White House as a weapon against Hillary Clinton.

Weinstein pointed out the irony that today was the same day that another person whom committed sexual 'assault' was charged, Bill Cosby. Bill Clinton's consensual affair with an adult is the same thing as the comedian's plethora of charges and accusations of criminal malfeasance leveled against him? The number of women who have accused Cosby of criminal charges is up to sixty at last count, so this is apples to oranges, where one of the fruits is illegal and outnumbers the other one by scores.

How did we know this level of disgustingly unfair comparison was coming, especially from Tucker Carlson's Daily Caller? It's pretty simple, when it starts with the 'liberal' WaPost hurling insults at the Hillary Clinton campaign to the effect that the indiscretions of her husband when he was president are fair game towards her as a candidate. The absolutely awful column from Ruth Marcus, liberal columnist, paved the way for Weinstein's sordid variety of salacious association. Marcus writes:

Was there a sexist undertone to Trump’s “schlonged” comment? I guess, since we know which Democratic candidate does and doesn’t have one. Still, as sexism goes, this feels awfully mild.

True, but Clinton’s attempt at outsourced outrage has the air of a basketball player flopping on the floor for the benefit of the ref. Nothing would make the Clinton campaign happier than some good old-fashioned male chauvinist piggery directed her way — all the better to rile up female voters who seem surprisingly nonchalant about the prospect of electing the first female president.

As our editor and publisher John Amato explains so simply to Marcus,

'As embarrassing as it was, having consensual sex is not abuse, Ruth.'

This Daily Caller 'writer' announced his appearance on the Fox program with this tweet:

Apparently, he wanted people to tune in, which is amazing considering here's what Weinstein actually said, in case you can't stomach the video clip above: It seems that Weinstein, like Sarah Palin, is a big fan of the run-on sentence.

"...and Hillary Clinton accusing Republicans and Donald Trump of a fictional war-on-women when her husband, Bill Clinton, has prosecuted a personal war-on-women for much of his life. Of course, there's allegations against him on this day, when Bill Cosby's being charged, similar to what Bill Cosby's was accused of, and of course, he's admitted to having an affair with a twenty-something year old intern while he was in the White House so it takes away that weapon in her arsenal, of charging Republicans on the war-against-women when she herself is married to someone who's had a personal war against women much of his life."

I strongly doubt that Jamie has written extensively about the sexual dalliences of his beloved Republicans, amirite? I'm sure Weinstein is the best person to collaborate on this, especially since he doesn't know the difference between consensual sex and rape.

In case you might be thinking, hey, no one could be that deliberately stupid to say that about Cosby versus Clinton, think again. Here's a tweet reiterating that exact imbecilic notion.
