Merry Christmas From The Driftglass And Blue Gal Gang
A good day is when all three cats are on the bed.
December 25, 2018

Left to right: Barack Hussein the Kenyan Usurper, Zeppo (the Ruth Bader Ginsburg of kitties at age 18), and Olive the Parkour Kitty, make peace for five minutes. You may remember Kenyan Usurper when he was introduced as a kitten here in 2012.

Driftglass and I are so grateful to be a part of the C&L family.

We recall the past year noting how much we miss VegasJessie / Left of Center, who passed away suddenly this year. She was a great supporter of our podcast The Professional Left, and often sent us custom t-shirts supporting our show. Here's Junior Dude wearing one:

The kids are fine. Junior dude is in his sophomore year at Augustana College and looking forward to crossing the Mississippi to work for a Democratic candidate in the Iowa caucuses. Middle Child is a high school sophomore and she drives her sister Youngest Child to school daily.

They show their school spirit and have a lot of pride in their brother.

Driftglass had a busy fall volunteering for the (sadly unsuccessful) Betsy Dirksen Londrigan for Congress campaign. Of course we celebrated the Blue Wave and Blue Gal even knit a special hat.

From our family to yours, Merry Christmas and a very happy 2019. And thank you for all of your support of our blogging and podcasting work.

Can you help us out?

For 18 years we have been exposing Washington lies and untangling media deceit, but now Facebook is drowning us in an ocean of right wing lies. Please give a one-time or recurring donation, or buy a year's subscription for an ad-free experience. Thank you.
