Watch the press conference with Democratic Leadership ahead of tomorrow's vote in the House to end Donald Trump's fake "National Emergency."

If the vote passes the House, and it will, the Senate will be forced to take a vote on it, putting Senators on the record about whether they agree with ceding appropriations power to the Executive branch.
