Daily Kos founder Markos Moulitsas did a fine job on this Sunday's Meet the Press dismantling the third party grifters at the supposedly bipartisan No Labels.

No Labels co-chair and former Republican Governor of North Carolina, Pat McCrory appeared on the panel with Moulitsas this Sunday, and you've got to love Moulitsas' response when McCrory tried to pretend that his group was anything other than a spoiler that doesn't have a chance in hell of winning.

TODD: So let's look at a Biden general election campaign and this idea of a third party. Pat, you are a big part of No Labels. You guys are recruiting candidates. What is this ticket going to look like, and is this a 100% commitment that there is going to be a ticket from No Labels?

McCRORY: Well, Nikki Haley in the debate confirmed that 65% of the people are disgusted with both Trump and Biden being our only choices. They're asking, "Isn't America better than this? Can't we have a better choice?" And the momentum, the movement of No Labels is on fire right now. People are looking for another potential candidate --

TODD: I get that people don't want --

McCRORY: And I know -- wait a minute. There are a lot of people --

MOULITSAS: No, they're not.

McCRORY: There are a lot of people --

MOULITSAS: No, they're not.

McCRORY: There are a lot of people – I'm telling you right now. A lot of people who predicted Trump would never be president are the same people who are saying, "There's no way in hell a third party can win." I'm telling you. We've never had 65% --

TODD: Go, Markos.

McCRORY: – of the people disgusted --

MOULITSAS: So, No Labels --

McCRORY: – with both parties.

MOULITSAS: – is literally a movement that says, "We stand for nothing." Imagine going to Walmart --

McCRORY: That is so –

MOULITSAS: – or Target and seeing no labels on a product.

McCRORY: You haven't read obviously the –

MOULITSAS: The products are the problem.

McCRORY: – 30-issue statement --

MOULITSAS: No, here.

McCRORY: – of No Labels.

MOULITSAS: The issue statement ignores abortion. And it has such --

McCRORY: You missed the whole --

MOULITSAS: – barn-burning issues such as medical --

McCRORY: You never read it.

MOULITSAS: – tort reform. That'll light up the audience.

McCRORY: You have not read it.

MOULITSAS: So the –

McCRORY: He hasn’t read it.

MOULITSAS: – reality is it's financed, industry heavy. Oh, I read it. No, I actually did read it. I read it last night.

[...]

MOULITSAS: So the problem isn't they don't like Biden or Trump. It's that you are creating this idea that there's a mythical unicorn creature that will agree with these people who want something else. That doesn't exist. When Magellan polled Manchin and Huntsman, it's like what? 12% --

[...]

MOULITSAS: – 15%? And they wouldn’t even get that much.

Moulitsas also did a nice job defending Biden and reminding all of them that he's actually very popular with the Democratic base and has around an 80 percent approval rating, and of the fact that Republicans are out there taking credit for the projects from the Build Back Better and Inflation Reduction Acts that they voted against.

It's nice to see these No Labels hacks get called out for what they are. We'll see how long it takes until Moulitsas is welcomed back on Meet the Press again.
