After a career of sucking up to, covering up for, and promoting President P**sy Grabber, Republican Speaker Mike Johnson isn’t letting multiple, credible accusations of domestic violence get in the way of his support for Rep. Max Miller, either.

But when Johnson spoke with Politico’s Dasha Burns on Tuesday, he shrugged off the hideous allegations, including those from Miller’s ex-father-in-law, Republican Sen. Bernie Moreno.

It’s even more revolting considering that Johnson holds himself up as some kind of Super Duper Christian.

“We don’t take disciplinary action against members for allegations,” Johnson said. Which is probably true regarding formal action, but that doesn’t mean Johnson couldn’t or shouldn’t privately advise Miller he should step aside. But Johnson specifically said he would not do that. Because who can know the truth - even if it’s staring you in the face as blatantly as Donald Trump’s boast about grabbing women by the p**sy?

Miller “is vehemently denying this,” Johnson continued. “It’s, in his own words, a nasty divorce proceeding. But he’s saying the same things privately to members that he is publicly. That he denies all this, and he thinks it's a hit job on him. … We have to allow this process to play out.”

Burns pointed out that Trump had called Miller and told him things aren’t looking good for him.

It’s a sad day when Donald Trump looks more principled than Super Duper Christian Johnson. But here we are. “Well, I mean, they don’t look good right now, of course,” he acknowledged. “But again, like, what should a speaker do in this case?”

“I try to work every day on decorum and on the, you know, ethics of the House,” the helpless poopsie added. “He's got to work out the things in his family life, and that's an issue for the voters of Ohio's seventh district. It's an issue for the Miller family to work out.”

“I've been intellectually consistent, always have, since before I became speaker, and certainly over the last almost three years,” Johnson also said.

Ain’t that the truth.
