Scandal-plagued Texas Attorney General and Republican US Senate nominee Ken Paxton allegedly attempted to get physical with an American tourist after the man recorded a brief clip of Paxton walking with his alleged mistress in London.
Daily Mail broke the story, speaking with the anonymous tourist, who claimed to have spotted Paxton on Westminster Bridge, near the London Eye, with Tracy Duhon on July 1st.
The man told the Daily Mail that he recognized Paxton with the woman that the Mail had previously reported as his mistress and managed to capture an 18-second clip of the pair walking together, with Paxton in a suit and Duhon wearing a light green, floor-length dress.
In the clip, it appears Paxton realizes he's being filmed and instantly begins to distance himself from Duhon.

According to the tourist, he had already stopped recording and walked away when he suddenly felt someone bump his left shoulder. He turned around and found Paxton inches away.
Paxton reportedly asked the tourist, "Were you filming me back there?"
After confirming that he was recording him, the tourist claims Paxton told him, "You can't do that."
"I stopped because I was just hot, and I said, ‘I can absolutely film you. You’re a public figure in a public place, and I can film you all I want,’" the man recalled to the Daily Mail.
At that point, the tourist said Paxton escalated, demanding to see the recording as the TX attorney general "lunged for my phone."
"He says, ‘You can’t do that. Let me have your phone. I want your phone,’ and then at this point it’s a confrontation," the tourist told the tabloid. "He’s yelling at me, and I’m telling him to back off. He lunged at the phone a second time and tried to force it from me."
The man's wife, who was sightseeing with him when he spotted Paxton, began running back toward her husband when she realized an out-and-out confrontation was happening between the two. She pulled out her own phone as her husband shouted for her to record Paxton's behavior.
According to the tourist and his wife, Paxton immediately walked away once he saw the second phone.
The tourist confirmed that he did report the incident to London’s Metropolitan Police but has not pursued criminal charges against Ken Paxton. He confirmed he was not injured and that no punches were thrown in the confrontation.
Ken Paxton is currently separated from his wife, Texas Senator Angela Paxton, but remains legally married to her. Angela filed for divorce from Ken in July of last year, citing "biblical grounds" and adultery.
Duhon reportedly divorced her husband last year.
Ken Paxton is going head-to-head against Democrat James Talarico for the Texas US Senate seat.
