We can chalk up the Nobel Peace Prize as the zillionth Donald Trump priority he puts ahead of making life better for Americans. With no end in sight for his stupid war with Iran or the spiking gas and diesel prices that have gone along with it, President Cry Baby is once again demanding that he be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.

“There's never been anybody in the history of the Nobel Prize that deserves it more,” Trump griped. His face was so full of angst, he actually looked like he might cry.

“I did. I settled eight wars. And I stopped maybe the total obliteration of the world because Iran will never have a nuclear weapon."

Trump keeps clapping himself on the back for settling eight wars (spoiler alert: he did not). Yet, he can’t even settle the Russia/Ukraine war he promised to settle on “day one” or the unnecessary war with Iran that he claimed would only last four to six weeks and is now in its eighth month. That's despite his repeated claims to have already won it.

Also, while I am not privy to the Nobel Prize considerations, I feel fairly certain that bombing an elementary school full of children, as Trump’s unfit and unqualified self-styled “Secretary of War” Pete Hegseth did, is a big minus when it comes to Peace Prizes. Ditto for all those war crimes in the Caribbean Trump and Hegseth think make them so high-T.

As for the matter of Iran’s nukes, if Trump really cared about that, he would never have ripped up the Iran nuclear agreement, aka the JCPOA, in the first place. That agreement was successfully keeping Iran from getting a nuclear weapon.

But that agreement was negotiated and implemented by the Obama administration. That is probably the real reason Toddler Trump felt the need to destroy it. He is eternally jealous of the charismatic president who will always be way more popular than Trump ever will be. To add insult to injury of Trump’s tender fee-fees, that same, way-more-popular Obama also won a Nobel Peace Prize.

Not far underneath his thin, racist skin, I'll bet Trump believes he must be superior to any Black man. So, every Peace Prize snub rubs salt into his Obama-bruised ego.
