Incoming Trump administration spokesperson Sean Spicer on CNN's New Day admits that Trump has no response planned for the Russian hacking and can't keep his lies straight about whether or not his boss is actually privy to any information that the public doesn't already have, given the fact that he hasn't received any intelligence briefings on the Russian hacking.
