A Brazilian general recently said the Brazilian military has enough ammunition to wage war for one hour. Compare that to the United States, which has enough ammunition to fight a perpetual war against Oceania and Eurasia simultaneously. Maybe we should look to a bloated military budget before we cut funding for society's most vulnerable?
