Senator Chris Dodd appeared on Hardball tonight to cheerlead campaign for Joe Lieberman. Actually, Dodd was supposed to go to Iraq this weekend and decided to cancel that in order to stay and campaign for Joe.

Dodd goes on to talk about the failures of Rumsfeld and the problems those failures have left us with in Iraq. He restates his call for Rumsfeld to resign, yet he uses Rumsfeld's failures as an excuse for Lieberman's problems right now.
