Rep Shelley Moore Capito, who is on the "Page Board" was never informed about Mark Foley's emails and is pretty upset about it. We already know that the lone Democrat, Rep. Dale Kildee (D-Mich.), who serves on the page board also, was never told of the interview with Foley. Why did Shimkus know and keep Capito in the dark? That's not hard to figure out. The cover up is showing signs of cracking wide open even if Bush stumps for Hastert.
