GWB Update: Lawmaker Rejects Giuliani's Call To Recuse Himself From Investigation

The lawmaker leading an Assembly investigation into September's George Washington Bridge local access lane closures rejected a call by Rudolph Giuliani for the lawmaker to recuse himself from the probe because of remarks that Giuliani said demonstrate a bias in the case.
