There He Goes Again: Napolitano Calls For Impeachment If Obama Delays Deportation

What was that nonsense about not really wanting impeachment? Someone needs to have a talk with Judge Napolitano.

Third time is a charm? Despite all the protestations that impeachment isn't a Republican thing, it's a Democratic scam, here's Judge Napolitano to contradict that claim. Again.

This time it's delayed deportation. They're really crazed over the fact that President Obama might just do something on his own that would soften the blow of Republicans' obstructionism in Congress, aren't they?

Here's the Judge Napolitano/Fox News score: Impeach Obama because he implemented the sequester spending cuts mandated by Congress, he negotiated Bowe Bergdahl's release, and now this. In between the specific calls, he's said it should be done just because.

All this talk of impeachment just cheapens the act. I've been watching the C-SPAN reruns of the Nixon impeachment hearings, where actual crimes were committed and ordered by the President of the United States. While it's fair to push back and call for limits on executive power, it's also assumed that Congress will actually govern. If they choose to abrogate their responsibility for cynical partisan reasons, then someone has to be the adult in the room.
